CLIENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Any information you submit is treated in absolute strict confidence. We will not divulge it to any 3rd party without your prior agreement, except to any advisor we subsequently recommend. Any advisors we recommend will be bound by similar non-disclosure confidentiality agreements.

2. IBA does everything it can to ensure the advisors it sends to you are a good match and can help your business. We cannot be held liable, however, for any advice which they may or may not give you, and will not accept any liability whatsoever for their actions or omissions.

3. Our web service to you is free: you will receive no invoice from us at any time as a result of your participation.

4. If you do appoint one of our advisors, you must contract with us to provide a monthly summary of fees and other expenditure incurred with or through them, and to further give us regular feedback on the quality of service and advice you receive, for as long as the two of you work together. That includes any permanent or temporary, full- or part-time role you may subsequently offer the advisor in your business, or in any other business you manage.
