WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU
If you want us to help you, we need to know a bit about your business and the areas you need help in (all in the strictest of confidence, of course see our
Terms and conditions for details). We can't match you with someone suitable unless you are open and honest with us (and maybe yourself).

So we've devised a short questionnaire for you to complete, that will give us sufficient information to assign someone from our list in whom we believe you will have confidence, empathy and personal trust.

Once you've completed the questionnaire and submitted it to us, we will telephone you within 24 hours for an initial chat and then, within five working days, under normal circumstances, we will assign to you the advisor whom we believe, based on your questionnaire and our subsequent conversation, is right for you. If you don't complete every section of the questionnaire, by the way, we'll still try to help you, but inevitably, the less we know, the less likely we are to find a good match.

We suggest you see him or her for an initial hour's meeting. They will come with quite a bit of background information on your business (some of which you may not know yourself), but will want to ask you a few pertinent and maybe impertinent questions, to fill in the gaps in their knowledge. For your part, you will want to satisfy yourself about their own knowledge base and levels of expertise, and whether you feel you can work with them.

If, once you've met, you decide they are not your cup of tea, let us know and we'll assign the next best match on our roster. Inevitably this is an art more than a science, so we may not get it right first time every time.

Once you've found someone you can work with, you then arrange a second meeting to discuss in detail the way you wish to proceed, and for your advisor to give you the benefit of his or her first impressions of your business, and what he/she thinks you should do to improve it, with a prioritised action plan.

Feedback
Once your participation is confirmed, we receive a copy of the activity plan from your advisor, and we e-mail you monthly to check progress. This is also a chance for quality control feedback: we want to know if you are happy with the advice you are getting, the progress you are making, and whether your initial optimism is borne out by events. By making these quality back-checks, we can ensure the continuous improvement of our service to you. All comment and feedback from you is very welcome and kept strictly confidential. We recognise we can only succeed if our service to you genuinely helps your business succeed.

So what are you waiting for Complete the questionnaire (it should only take 20 minutes) and submit it. We'll get back to you in 24 hours or less.

What does this all cost you?
Up to this point, NOT A PENNY. Only once you agree an action plan with your chosen advisor -and that plan should be accompanied by a detailed budget schedule - will you start to incur costs. And you will know exactly what costs you will be incurring at each stage of the plan, so you can plan your cash-flow accordingly.

How do we make anything out of this?
We take a commission on your advisor's fee income with you, as the price of our successful introduction. If he/she makes no money, then neither do we.

If you do sign a contract with someone we have introduced you to, however, we will expect you to confirm to us on a month-by-month basis the fee income invoiced to you by your advisor. That agreement is enshrined in the Terms & Conditions on this web-site, which you must accept formally as part of your questionnnaire's submission. Please take the time to read them: we've kept them deliberately short and simple, and minimised the usual legalese.
